Tell us about your background!

In addition to my BSc degree in healthcare management from Hungary, I have acquired an MSc degree in Health Economics, Policy, and Management at the Karolinska Institute.

In my professional career I have had the opportunity to explore different industries, but my passion has always been healthcare. I have worked in different roles within the pharma industry, at the European Commission and as a consultant to different governmental agencies.

Why did you choose to join Quantify?

Quantify offered an environment that is professional and welcoming, making it an ideal place for professional development.

Additionally, I love modelling and data analysis. So, clicking through the interactive dashboard (Qfront) demo on Quantify’s website made me even more interested.

How has your career at Quantify evolved so far?

I have had the opportunity to hone my health economic modelling skills by working on model adaptations / developments in different disease areas within the Modelling, Access & Strategy unit.

Also, Quantify provides a great opportunity to work on reimbursement applications, both national and regional processes mainly in the Nordic countries.

What is your main interest within your field of expertise?

My interest lies in understanding different diseases / treatment pathways and turning them into operable models.

Every case feels like a puzzle to complete, which I enjoy a lot!

How do you share your expertise?

Quantify provides many opportunities to share expertise. For instance, I could hold a training on a relevant topic, or simply have an informal discussion with my colleagues.

Helping each other is a core part of Quantify’s culture.

What happens on a really good day at work?

I start the day by looking at my daily task and the tasks for the rest of the week, while I’m sipping a cup of coffee.

Then, I jump into solving puzzles (since modelling is sort of puzzle solving, right?).

On a really good day, we also have a short fika break with colleagues in the afternoon.

What defines the Quantify culture?

Quantify is a great combination of professionalism and friendliness. 

Our goal is to be trusted advisors to our clients building on our diverse expertise in value strategy, modelling, reimbursement support, etc.

We also have a friendly environment, where people can participate in fun events (board game nights, movie nights, etc.) or just have fun conversation over some fika.
