What happens on a really good day at work?
Starting off the day in a project meeting, where I can discuss important topics and check-in with the other project members.
Next, blocking some time in the calendar to focus on advanced programming or study design which really challenges your logic and creative thinking.
After that some lunch in the sun with some of my great colleagues followed by an intense ping-pong match at the office.
If time allows, I would read up on some interesting subject within statistics or epidemiology and think about how I can implement these findings in my projects.
Spending the rest of my day working on some interesting project where I get to use my skills to make an impact.
What defines the Quantify culture?
Friendly, fun, and non-hierarchical.
Why did you choose to join Quantify?
I get to contribute to the development of better health care for patients while at the same time working within my areas of expertise.
