Tell us about your background!

I have a Masters in Pharmacognosy from MS University, Vadodara, and professional experience of 4 years in core pharma and HEOR. I started my career with formulation and development of various skin and hair regimes, but then moved to HEOR owing to my passion for writing and knowing about new pharma ventures.

Why did you choose to join Quantify?

The thing that attracted me the most was the growing and learning opportunity at Quantify. The experience of working with a Nordic team was another reason that motivated me to join Quantify as it would broaden my horizons and give me a different perspective.

How has your career at Quantify evolved so far?

I joined as a Senior Research Scientist in January 2023 and since then it has been an amazing journey of learnings and wonderful experiences. With the start of my career at Quantify, I worked on projects very different and unique compared to my previous experiences. I got an opportunity to lead projects which is constantly helping me to develop my leadership goals and team management. Every day is a new day of learning and evolving.

What is your main interest within your field of expertise?

Reading and learning about new pharma inventions and discoveries. Writing tasks, constantly enhancing my knowledge about different diseases and their treatment.

How do you share your expertise?

I am always available with solutions or instant hacks at times for my team's queries and problems. I try to find easy ways to perform a task and share them with my colleagues.

What happens on a really good day at work?

A really good day at work should comprise these 4 elements: 

A good start to the day with a cup of tea and quick refreshing updates from colleagues + a perfect blend of qualitative and quantitative task completions + a few meetings or catch ups both internally externally resulting in productive outcomes + sense of satisfaction at the end of the day.
