Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping activities in Tally.
• Handle GST and TDS compliances, filings, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation for audits and internal reference.
• Assist in payroll processing and salary-related activities.
• Prepare, update, and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and relevant formulas/functions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to support accounting and compliance requirements.
• Support routine accounting, reporting, and compliance activities while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Organize and maintain financial records, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping practices.
Qualifications and Personal Characteristics
• 1–2+ years of experience working with Tally.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and related compliance processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions.
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Post-graduation preferred (Commerce/Finance background preferred).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
