Senior FP&A Manager

The Senior FP&A Manager will play a central role in strengthening Quantify’s financial planning, reporting, systems management, and business insight generation. It further means a great focus on aligning financial, HR, and project data, analysing performance, and ensuring consistent, high-quality reporting for management and shareholders. The role includes close collaboration with leadership, shareholders, and financial stakeholders across the organization and group structure, while helping shape and professionalize the finance function for the future – entering our exciting growth journey as a part of the Athagoras Group.
Key responsibilities
Financial Planning & Business Performance
Owning all financial planning, reporting, and systems management
Developing and managing annual budgets
Leading revenue forecasting and liquidity analyses
Owning, tracking, and reporting KPIs
Providing KPIs and reporting to the group (Athagoras / Greenpeak)
Translating financial and operational data into actionable insights for management and shareholders
Creating management accounts and narrative reporting
Performing project performance analysis
Aligning and consolidating financial, HR, and project data
Ensuring high-quality financial and operational reporting in line with private equity requirements
Systems, Reporting & Process Development
Leading the transition from current ERP to a new system, including integration with CRM and project administration systems
Owning and optimizing financial systems, reporting structures, and data alignment across functions
Stakeholder & Governance Management
Implementing finance directives from the group (Athagoras / Greenpeak)
Acting as the main finance interface toward the group (Athagoras / Greenpeak) for finance-related topics
Supporting implementation of transfer pricing
Your qualifications
5–8 years of relevant experience within:
FP&A
Controlling
Finance Manager (or equivalent) roles
You have experience working independently in high-responsibility roles with broad ownership. Experience from private equity-backed environments and/or professional services organizations is highly valued.
Moreover, experience in life sciences is a plus, but not required.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) are mandatory.

Location: This role offers a flexible working setup, with the possibility to either work locally in any of the Nordic offices or remotely within the EU.
