Responsibilities
- Cold outreach to potential clients presenting our core capabilities and USPs. Responsible for identifying potential clients, initial outreach under direction of scientific colleagues, and lead qualification.
- Find contacts for ICP’s and qualify leads.
- Pre- and post-conference outreach in collaboration with senior stakeholders to maximize return on attendance.
- Preparation and coordination of marketing materials including conferences.
- Maintain continuous contact with key Quantify personnel to stay up to date on industry trends and to maintain a thorough understanding of our core services.
- Follow-up with Quantify’s project teams to ensure that key business development activities are completed. This includes ensuring each project team is accessing referrals, creating opportunities for cross-sales, and up-sales. This work is administrative, specifically interacting internally with project leaders.
- Ensure there is regular contact with clients who are not currently active but have previously partnered with Quantify.
- Conduct project feedback assessments with clients in collaboration with Quantify’s project leaders or senior advisors. Follow-up with senior management on these interactions.
- Perform analysis of client feedback, CRM data, and other sources to improve the business.
- Perform analysis of completed proposals to ensure proposals with high win probability are prioritized.
- Coordinate website and social media updates and posting.
- Ensure CRM system is correct and up to date. Ensure staff are recording interactions in the CRM system and assisting when needed.
Qualifications and personal characteristics
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A BBA/MBA with 2 to 4 years of experience would be ideal
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a clear focus on business growth. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be committed to meeting deadlines and objectives.
- Passion for developing and growing a business.
- Resilient and adaptable, capable of overcoming challenges and changing course as needed.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable presenting to a diverse range of potential clients and engaging in productive, professional conversations.
- Internally driven to promote without fear of rejection.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- International work experience.
- Understanding of Hubspot and full competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Empathetic, with an ability to see things from the perspective of our clients to understand what their key challenges are and how we can best help them.
- Problem-solving mindset, capable of thinking creatively to devise novel solutions.
- A commitment to continual learning, keeping abreast of industry trends and developments, Quantify’s services development, and applying this knowledge to your work.
- An interest in or prior experience in life sciences, particularly from Nordic countries, the rest of Europe, the UK, or the USA, is a merit.
- Easy to work with and able to motivate colleagues effectively.
- An interest in human health and well being, and business.
- While we value academic qualifications, we recognize that they are not the most important element of success in this role. Therefore, we are more interested in your hands-on experience, personality, and potential. We envision that the successful candidate will have had experience as a management consultant.
